What should I do if my e-mail is returned to me?

On rare occasion, e-mails won't be delivered. There are many potential reasons for this. A few of the more common reasons are:

  • The e-mail recipient's mailbox is filled up
  • The e-mail recipient's mailbox has been disabled
  • A simple typo has been made in the spelling of the address
  • The sending or receiving e-mail server is unavailable

If you experience any issue, please forward the bounce-back error e-mail to helpdesk@cazarin.com with a brief description of the issue you are having, and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you.
